Please understand that the piece may take awhile to tattoo, so the time you request may not be possible due to the time needed to create the piece and availability on the requested date. I understand that I will be contacted for follow up via email, and will be required to send a $150 deposit after agreeing to an appointment time with the artist. I acknowledge that until the deposit has been received my appointment has not been confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable, and I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, I will do this no later than 48 hours before the day of my appointment to avoid losing my deposit. I understand that if I am more than 30 minutes late for my appointment, my deposit may be forfeit. I understand that if I make significant changes to my design after submitting this request and booking the appointment the cost may vary from the quote I was given.
